Given the money behind most New York real estate, any design associated with it tends to be, if not great, at least passable. But sometimes not so much.

This building is less than gorgeous—downright boring actually—but even so, this sign (maybe due in large part to it’s patina) is really great.

Across the street... The Future. Now that we know, we can change it. It’s not too late for this crisis to be averted, right?
I used to live across from The Future in a crappy 5th floor walkup. I told myself 'the day I make it big, I'm going to live in The Future!'
